This year for Christmas I asked George to cook me a great meal. Very shortly he’ll be shucking oysters for the first time, and I’ll be standing by nervously with band aids…
The full menu for tonight is:
- Oysters (west coast) & champagne
- Swordfish with anchovy-caper sauce
- Asparagus
- Carrot cake
Like any good Top Chef contestant, George does not have extensive pastry skills, so we picked up the carrot cake from Amy’s.
Time for me to sit back and sip some bubbly.
