PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SHAKE
I’m loving the post-run shakes lately, especially when it feels so unbearably hot outside. I know I did my share of complaining when winter lasted forever, but I think i’d take the 30 degree running situation over this 85 degree AWFULNESS.
A shake I’ve been making a lot lately has the awesome combination of banana and peanut butter. I feel like I run faster knowing that my blender is waiting for me at home!
In my shake:
Blend until smooth! The peanut butter and yogurt combination makes this shake taste super creamy.
You’ll have a nice serving of some healthy fat, protein, and fiber. Nom nom!
